有關修訂現行《學生組織手冊》（手冊）的公眾諮詢

各位公開大學同學：

學生會評議會（評議會）現正進行有關修訂現行《學生組織手冊》（手冊）的公眾諮詢，特意來信通知你有關事宜。由於您可能有興趣在籌組新學會或作為現有學會中的候選內閣成員，故您可能會關注修訂手冊的過程及其有關細節。

為了覆蓋所有與修改手冊的潛在持分者，評議會將在即將召開的評議會會議期間舉行磋商會議。下次評議會會議將於2017年10月3日下午6時舉行。諮詢時段大約長一小時。

對此件事感興趣的學生可以透過回複這封電子郵件向本會索取諮詢文件，並提交向本會提交任何與手冊修訂有關的建議，你亦可以親自出席下次評議會會議發表你的意見。

Dear All students in OUHK,

I am writing to consult you that the Union Council of the OUHKSU is planning to ask for amending the “Manual of Student Organisation 2018” (Manual) to the University.

As you may be interested in organizing a proposed student society or being a proposed cabinet member in an existing student society, you may have your concern in the process and the suggestions on the matter of Manual amendment.

In order to cover all potential stakeholders in this matter, the Union Council would hold a consultation session during the upcoming Union Council meeting. The next meeting would be held on 3rd October 2017 on 6:00 p.m. and it takes around 1 hours in the council meeting.

Students who are interested in this matter could reply this email for requesting the consultation paper and submit your advice to those suggestions we made before or attend the next Union Council meeting personally.
